Adryan

Soon after Adryan obtained his Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, he joined ASP LAW OFFICE. He has represented numerous national and multinational corporate clients in major commercial litigation cases among other, dispute resolutions, bankruptcy, suspension of debt payment and criminal cases.

Adryan has had strong interest in environmental law issues in Indonesia hence he focused his study on environmental law and subsequently, defenced his thesis with the topic of environmental permit trading to reduce national pollution.

While studying, Adryan actively joined several organizations and participated in various national scale competitions, among others:

• Achieving first rank and won an individual award in one of the biggest national moot court competition related to bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment alas well as intellectual property dispute.
• Achieving first rank in a legal review competition where his team and him wrote an impressive paper on money laundering in capital market.

His analytical nature and eagerness have brought him to be a co-author of a journal published by the Indonesia Center for Environmental Law where he encouraged the enforcement of the Polluter Pays Principle and the introduction of Earmarking system in Indonesia’s environmental law.

Prior joining ASP, Adryan worked at several prominent law firms and Non-Governmental Organization where he contributed to the enforcement of the often-neglected environmental law in Indonesia.

Last but not least, Adryan holds accounting certificate namely Brevet A & B certification issued by Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia.
